About the Role

We have an opportunity for up to 2 new graduates to learn and develop as part of our supportive team. These structured roles are designed to give you exposure to a wide variety of patient presentations and settings. Depending on your interests and skillset, your caseload may include:

• In-clinic sports, musculoskeletal, and general mobility patients

• Concussion, vestibular, and neuro rehabilitation

• Women’s health and pelvic care

• Home visits and hydrotherapy

• Running and movement assessments

Our clinical mentors help you build a caseload suited to your strengths and interests. We are especially interested in people who want to build a long-term career in Cairns and grow with us.

Ideal Clinical Interests

While not essential, we can provide mentoring and growth opportunities in:

• Concussion & Vestibular Care – baseline testing, return-to-play clearance, post-concussion syndrome, and acute and chronic dizzy client management (mentoring from senior physiotherapists trained in concussion and advanced vestibular rehabilitation)

• Headache & TMJ Treatment

• Running & Movement Assessments (Strength & Conditioning focus desirable)

• Strength & Conditioning

• Women’s Health & Real-Time Ultrasound (mentoring from a Senior Women’s Health Physio with 20+ years’ experience)
