Sales & Customer Support Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join our Narellan Pools Albury/Wodonga Team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident dealing with customers and has strong administration and sales support experience.

You will play an important role in supporting our sales team and customers from the initial enquiry through to the commencement of their project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional responses to sales and support questions

• Process customer orders, quotes, and documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded correctly in our systems

• Maintain comprehensive customer records and databases, updating information as needed and ensuring data integrity

• Liaise between sales staff, customers, and other departments to facilitate smooth project progression and customer satisfaction

• Schedule appointments, site visits, and consultations for the sales team, managing calendars and follow-ups

• Prepare sales documentation, quotations, invoices, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution

• Monitor order status and provide customers with regular updates on delivery schedules and project timelines

• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues where necessary and working towards swift resolutions

• Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and general office organisation

• Assist with promotional activities, events, and campaigns as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales administration, customer support, or similar client-facing administrative role within a customer-focused environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning new computer systems and software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing orders and managing customer records

• Customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues proactively

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team

• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions

• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs

• Experience in the pool industry, construction, home improvement, or retail sales is desirable but not essential; we are happy to train the right candidate
