McCosker Contracting is seeking experienced Final Trim Excavator, Dozer and grader operators with proven experience in final trim and safety-focused operators for an exciting project in Karratha.

What You’ll Need:         

• Relevant RII qualifications
• Proven experience in final trim and working within tight tolerances
• Previous experience with Topcon, Trimble or Leica systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Manual Driver Licence
• Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
• Proven experience in operating machinery
• Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug & alcohol screening, and inductions

• Strong safety mindset
• Reliable and self-motivated attitude
• Team player with great communication skills
• Respectful, honest, and ready to lead by example
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
