Kitchen Hand – Bakealicious by Gabriela (Forestville, Sydney)

Bakealicious by Gabriela is a boutique cake studio known for premium, handmade cakes and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive Kitchen Hand to join our team.

Position Details

• Location: Forestville, Sydney
• Days: Friday's and Saturday's
• Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
• General cleaning and tidying of all work areas
• Cleaning floors, equipment, cool room and fridges
• Maintaining cleanliness of bathroom and common areas
• Assisting with basic kitchen prep (e.g. chopping walnuts, crushing biscuits using food processor)
• Preparing and packing Uber Eats orders accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the team with day-to-day kitchen operations

Customer Service Duties

• Serving customers in-store in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries

About You

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills (essential)
• Reliable, punctual and takes initiative
