About us:

Maxcon Industries are a specialist steel fabricator with over 50 years of industry experience specialising in large volume steel projects from its workshops located in Ipswich. We are leaders in manufacturing and environmental sustainability technologies.

About you:

You will be trade qualified (AQF Certificate IV or Certificate III) ideally at least two (2) years on-the-job training; OR at least three (3) years of relevant experience that may substitute for these qualifications. Coupled with a strong safety outlook in the way you perform work. You will have a high level of team spirt and strive to produce high quality work with attention to detail. 

We require competent professional able to fabricate and weld (GTAW/TIG) stainless and other alloy parts.  To mark off and fabricate pipework and assemblies. clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding using GTAW/TIG Welding process.  Weld and fabricate plates, pipes, structure as required.
