About the role

With your experience as an existing House and Land Coordinator or 12 months as a Sales Consultant or in a Land Sales role, your primary focus is to support our Victorian Housing Business in completing H&L Packages for our Business Development Managers (BDM's).

Our Aplace by Glenvill division is growing fast and the opportunity for this person to drive the brand and outcomes with full support is exciting.

Reporting to the House and Land Manager - (Aplace by Glenvill) your responsibilities will include;

• Completing New and Re-Packaged House and Land Packages

• Understanding of the regulations and covenants throughout Victorian Estates

• Working collaboratively with the team in order to put together and manage a rapidly moving stocklist and agent specific package requests

• Reviewing Developer requirements

• Siting's

• Updating Company Flyers

• Updating Company Brochures

About you

At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.

Previous experience in similar role within the residential construction Industry (highly desirable).

We anticipate that you will already possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.

• 12 months experience preferred

• Ability to site plans accurately and meet estate guidelines

• Excellent attention to detail

• Your knowledge of the ever changing landscape is always up to date.

Beyond that, you are reliable, detail oriented, considerate and demonstrate a genuine understanding of teamwork.
