Abyss By Abby is a women's fashion brand known for its distinctive, glamorous designs and strong presence in both the Australian and International market.

Our team is hands-on, creative and collaborative, and we’re looking for someone who is excited to be part of the behind-the-scenes operations that help bring the brand to life.

We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a varied hands-on role, combining office administration, online order processing and customer service. You’ll play an important part in making sure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

• Picking, processing and dispatching online orders accurately and on time

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and providing friendly, helpful service

• General office administration, including filing, data entry and customer support

• Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across the business

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently

• Proactive and willing to help wherever needed

• Interested in e-commerce, administration and/or customer service

• Passionate about fashion and social media

Previous experience is not needed — we’re happy to train the right person.

A genuine passion for social media and an interest in creating content will be highly regarded.
