The essential requirements for this role are:

• Ability to gain knowledge and skills in the maintenance, installation and technical support of health technology equipment and systems, including information systems and networks.
• Ability to work as a team member to achieve goals and objectives.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and to resolve problems.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems by drawing on knowledge and applying logical thought processes.

This is not a graduate position — it is specifically designed as a training pathway for applicants working towards an AQF Level 6 Engineering qualification.

To be eligible for the Cadet position, you must not already hold an:

• Advanced Diploma in Engineering
• Associate Degree in Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
