Dental Assistant/Dental Reception

We are a small dental surgery with a tight knit and dynamic team, and we are looking for a Dental assistant/receptionist, experience preferred but not essential but must have a willingness to learn all aspects of general dental procedures and sterilization protocols. seeking part time 3 days a week and on call for the remainder of 2026, leading to permanent part-time 9 day a fortnight position at the beginning of 2027

You'll be expected to chair side assist in all dental procedures.

  Experience with use of D4W computer system beneficial

• Booking and confirming patient appointments

• Printing of daily appointment schedule

• Cleaning and sterilizing of dental instruments

• Use of Word, Excel computer systems - Scan and email documents

• Ordering of stores and other requirements

• Prepare referrals to other dental specialists

• Good communication skills for patients and colleagues

• Excellent people skills
