About the role
Join the Royal Melbourne Hospital's Virtual Ward pilot and provide high-quality administrative support to a growing model of virtual care. The Virtual Ward currently supports patients following cardiac surgery and those living with heart failure, with patients receiving regular virtual clinical review and, where appropriate, remote monitoring.
As the Administration Assistant, you will support the day-to-day coordination of the service, including patient administration, equipment and fleet management, data analysis, reporting and workflow improvement. You will also assist patients with registration, digital healthcare applications and remote monitoring devices, working closely with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
