As an Operational Services Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients, visitors and healthcare teams by helping maintain a safe, comfortable and efficient healthcare environment. From delivering essential support services to assisting with patient movement and day-to-day operations, your work will contribute to positive experiences and quality care across the service.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Helping create a clean, safe and welcoming environment that supports patient wellbeing and quality care.
• Supporting patients and clinical teams through timely transport, practical assistance and responsive service delivery.
• Maintaining high standards across catering, environmental services and operational support functions that keep the service running smoothly.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to identify priorities, solve problems and ensure essential services are delivered effectively.

• Experience delivering high-quality operational, customer or support services in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work safely, manage physical tasks and follow established procedures and standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills with a focus on service excellence.
• A current driver's licence and willingness to work a variety of shifts as required.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare, aged care or other customer-focused service environments and/or additional training in workplace safety, infection control or patient support.
