Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy aligned with business growth and occupancy targets
• Drive brand positioning, ensuring consistency and excellence across all childcare centres
• Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital, social media, PR, events, and local area marketing
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and high performance
• Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with financial and operational objectives
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Oversee digital strategy including website optimisation, SEO, paid advertising, and campaign performance
• Lead centre-specific marketing plans to maximise enrolments and community engagement
• Manage agency, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
• Identify and execute PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making and performance tracking

About You

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated success in driving growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-brand marketing (highly regarded)
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise across digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and financial acumen
• Experience in early childhood, education, or service-based industries (desirable)
• Willingness to travel between centres and head office as required
