St John of God Midland Public Hospital opened in 2015 and provides public services for people living in Perth's eastern suburbs and nearby regional areas. The hospital includes an Accident and Emergency Department, critical care unit, mental health unit, and maternity ward.
Your role
St John of God Midland Public Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapy Manager to lead our Physiotherapy service on a permanent full-time basis. This is an outstanding opportunity for a collaborative and clinically skilled leader to drive excellence in physiotherapy practice and contribute to exceptional patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.The Position
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will hold current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and demonstrate advanced clinical expertise and leadership within an acute healthcare setting. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services, providing clinical leadership, and supporting the development of a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
This position requires proven experience in the initiation, design and implementation of research and quality improvement activities, with a demonstrated commitment to service innovation and excellence. A sound understanding of a variety of public and private funding arrangements is highly desirable.
Applicants will preferably have a minimum of seven years' clinical experience and leadership in a specialised area of practice, with a strong focus on collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement in client outcomes.
