BosAg Rural is a growing family owned and run national rural merchandise and building hardware company servicing customers across metropolitan and regional Australia. Our objective is to always consider the long-term relationship with our clientele by focusing on delivering the best quality products at the right price and with service and backup that exceeds their expectations. We are looking for a person who naturally enjoys engaging with people and comfortably achieves great outcomes for our clientele through honesty and reliability as a team member in a Sales Administration & Customer Service role. 

This is a varied and hands-on position involving day-to-day sales administration, responding to customer enquiries through incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, and assisting with a range of administrative and sales-related tasks.

You will be a person who appreciates honesty and integrity, values the satisfaction of “job well done”, and understands the importance of your role to our clientele and to our company. Your background may be in country, retail, sales, or service industries. What matters most is a genuine interest in achieving positive outcomes for our clients. As our customers are primarily involved in the agricultural and building industries, they are good "salt of the earth people" who appreciate your efforts.
