Social & Innovation Account Manager

About the Role 

OM Content is looking for a Social & Innovation Account Manager. The Social & Innovation pillar is responsible for ideating and bringing to life innovative and relevant content solutions across paid and owned social media platforms and placements. We develop ideas that align and integrate audience passion-points, platform trends and social listening, championing best practices and creative codes per platform, extending brand messaging across the paid, earned and owned social ecosystem.

This role involves end-to-end project management, from initial briefing and idea development through to execution, delivery and post-campaign wrap up. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end social and content-led campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting 
• Develop insight-led responses to client briefs using social trends, platform knowledge and audience insights 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including planners, media partners, and creators 
• Lead campaign implementation and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope 
• Manage client communication including WIPs, updates and recommendations 
• Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear post-campaign reporting and learnings 
• Identify emerging trends, content ideas and innovation opportunities for clients 
• Support financial processes including scopes, budgets and project tracking 

What We're Looking For 

• 3–5 years' experience in social media, content, influencer marketing, or integrated campaigns 
• Strong project management and organisational skills 
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset 
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and creator ecosystems 
• Curiosity, creativity and a passion for innovative marketing
