About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial performance across our NSW region portfolio, reporting to the Regional Commercial Director. You will manage contractual and financial risk across multiple projects, direct head contract and subcontract administration, and provide commercial governance and reporting to project and regional leadership. You will work closely with project directors, legal, and delivery teams to protect ACCIONA's commercial position while supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure. This is an opportunity to influence commercial outcomes at a regional level and build a strong internal profile.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead commercial strategy across the NSW portfolio
• Direct head contract and subcontract administration
• Manage cost control, budgeting and financial risk
• Negotiate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Drive commercial governance and reporting standards
• Mentor and develop commercial team members
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What Capability & Experience You'll Need

• Degree in quantity surveying, commerce, law or related field
• Extensive experience in a senior commercial role
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts
• Experience with D&C or PPP contract models
• Proven ability to lead and influence at a senior level
