HandinHand Mental Health & Disability is a national allied health provider delivering services across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

Our highly experienced multidisciplinary team includes Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists and Social Workers, with Speech Pathology joining our expanding national service.

We support children, adolescents and adults through the NDIS, Medicare, private and third-party funding, providing person-centred, evidence-based services underpinned by strong clinical governance, professional integrity and continuous quality improvement.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting clinicians nationally, with immediate opportunities across South East Queensland – Ipswich,Brisbane, Moreton Bay, and the Sunshine Coast.

You'll join an established team with experienced practitioners, Clinical and Education Leads, structured supervision and opportunities to gradually develop your confidence and capability.

We welcome entry-level clinicians who have completed, or are eligible for registration in, one of the following:

• Psychology

• Occupational Therapy

• Social Work

• Nursing

• Speech Pathology

• Education (Special or Inclusive Education) with behavioural support experience

• Another recognised allied health, health, human services or behavioural science qualification aligned with the NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Capability Framework

• Comprehensive onboarding

• Structured supervision and mentoring

• Support from experienced Clinical and Education Leads

• Regular clinical supervision

• Peer case consultation

• Gradual and supported caseload development

• Ongoing professional development
