Painter

QUALIFIED PAINTER REQUIRED 

Full-Time, part-time and casual positions available.

Pro Painting Works specialises in interior and exterior painting and commercial work. We provide painting services to both residential and commercial clients throughout Perth. 

 We are currently seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Painter as a result of our continued growth.

The tasks and responsibilities would include:  
 

• Applying both interior and exterior paint to a range of residential and commercial properties.

• Preparation of all surfaces and materials prior to painting, ensuring all holes and cracks are filled and making sure surfaces are level.

• Choosing the correct paint for application dependent on the project requirements. 

• Ensuring any scaffold used meets health and safety standards. 

• Painting for both new works and repaints. 

The ideal person will: 

• Hold a Painting Apprenticeship or other relevant Painting and Decorating qualification (e.g., Certificate III)

• Spray Experience - preferred not essential

• Ideally at have at least 5 years relevant experience as a Painter. 

• Be able to communicate well with clients and other trades on site. 

• Be able to work unsupervised when required. 

• Produce work reflecting budgets and quality standards.

• Have a great work ethic and attention to detail 

• Ability to work as part of a team to complete jobs. 

• Have excellent time management skills. 

• Ideally hold a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

• Hold a Construction White card.
