Sprinkler Division Manager

Full-Time Salary based role

Salary Range – 13• – 150k + super + KPI Bonuses paid Monthly

Laptop – Mobile Phone – Company Vehicle + Fuel card

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and delivery of sprinkler service works

• Take full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, invoicing, and cost control

• Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and stakeholders

• Estimate and price repair works and service projects

• Drive sales and business development for the department

• Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies

• Support tender submissions and key account requirements

Position Requirements

• Fire sprinkler mechanical background (preferred)

• Previous managerial, supervisory, or project management experience

• Strong leadership with a hands on approach

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proactive problem solving and strong attention to detail

• Customer focused mindset and collaborative team attitude
