• Supportive Entry into Private Practice – no being thrown in the deep end. You’ll be guided into private practice with structured onboarding, regular check-ins, and a nurturing team environment.

• Clinical Registrar Pathways – if you’re working towards your Clinical Psychology endorsement, we provide supervision and pathways to help you meet AHPRA requirements.

• Burnout-Prevention Model – we work with your schedule and capacity.

• Flexibility & Choice – join as either an employee (with leave and stability) or contractor (with flexibility and autonomy).

• General Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar eligibility highly regarded).

• Interest in diagnostic assessments.

• A commitment to client-centred, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.

• Willingness to engage in supervision and professional development.

• Strong professional integrity, ethics, and clinical record-keeping.

• An interest in working collaboratively within a supportive team culture.

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience with NDIS, autism, ADHD, or neurodivergent clients.

• Interest in developing group programs, community projects, or leadership.
