Service Advisor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department at Para Hills West.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience. As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive service journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle service and repair needs
• Prepare repair estimates and service recommendations
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of service work
• Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional service revenue

Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Automotive service management software experience (desirable)
• Knowledge or understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
• Current National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
