Are you passionate about kitchen design and exceptional customer service? We're looking for a creative and driven Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant to join our team and bring stunning kitchens to life for our clients. What you'll do:

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Attend in-home design appointments at our client's homes, measure up the space and discuss design options to work out a layout that will suit the customer's needs and wants.

• Understand clients' needs, tastes and budget to create a customised kitchen design to suit.

• Use CAD software (we use Cabinet Vision) to create detailed floorplans, elevations and 3D visuals. 

• Provide detailed quotes and manage the sales process from consultation to sign up.

• Collaborate with the project managers and installers where required to ensure a smooth renovation process for the client.

• Assist in the showroom where required, answering phones, greeting customers and doing showroom consultations.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in kitchen design (sales experience preferred).

• Proficiency with kitchen design software or CAD programs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A flair for design with attention to detail.

• A customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
