As Practice Manager, you will report directly to the Practice Principal and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Clinic. You will be the key person ensuring everything flows smoothly from patient experience through to team coordination, systems and operational support. This is a hands-on where you are present in the clinic each day, keeping things organised and running efficiently while supporting both clinical and front desk teams.

Your New Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a boutique Skin Cancer Clinic in Frenchs Forest

Lead and support the administration staff Manage scheduling, appointments and patient flow Improve systems, policies and clinic efficiency

Ensure accurate records and NSW healthcare compliance Support doctors, nurses and clinical staff Your

Work within a respected GP and Skin Cancer Clinic About You:

Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, Medical Receptionist or a Medical Administrator Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with patients, clinicians and staff
