We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join our team on a 3-month contract to transform and modernise our bid management capability. This is a unique opportunity to build an AI-enabled bid process that will shape the future of how we respond to opportunities across the business.

About the Role

This role combines strategic bid management with technology and process improvement.

You'll be responsible for auditing and standardising our existing bid content, creating an AI-ready content library, and managing live RFP and RFI responses during your contract. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operational teams, you'll create a scalable bid process that improves efficiency, consistency, and win rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of RFP, RFI and tender responses.

• Audit existing bid submissions, marketing collateral, case studies and pricing content.

• Create and maintain a centralised, AI-ready bid content library.

• Standardise templates, messaging, capability statements and bid documentation.

• Develop repeatable bid processes, playbooks and governance frameworks.

• Coordinate subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within the bid process.

• Recommend tools and technology to improve future bid management.

• Monitor bid pipeline activity, win/loss outcomes and continuous improvement opportunities.

About You

We're looking for someone who can confidently step into the business and deliver immediate impact.

You'll bring:

Essential

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Manager or Bid Writer.

• Experience managing complex RFP, RFI and tender responses from start to finish.

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent written communication and proposal writing ability.

• Experience developing bid libraries, templates and governance processes.

• Strong technology skills with the ability to organise content for AI-enabled workflows.

• High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.

Highly Desirable

• Experience within recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or professional services.

• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar.

• Experience using proposal management platforms such as Loopio, Responsive (RFPIO) or Qvidian.

• APMP certification or similar proposal management qualification.
