About the role
The Accounts Receivable and Collections Officer is responsible for ensuring customer accounts are paid on time.
Key responsibilities
Managing and processing a high volume of daily cash receipts
Investigating and resolving queries and rejected invoices
Driving the collections process through customer phone and email contact
Issuing overdue notices and credit holds
Preparing weekly debtors reporting
About you
At least 5 years of collections experience
Eye for detail
Strong communication skills
Able to manage day-to-day tasks autonomously
Experience with mid-market ERP and CRM systems will be highly regarded
Legal right to work in Australia
