Your new role 

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our community. Greeting people warmly, understanding their needs, providing solutions, answering calls, and efficiently triaging service requests - all while ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful. We have casual, part-time, full-time and 12 month fixed-term opportunities available.

What you’ll need to succeed 

• A passion for customer service
• Experience in a similar role - call centre or local government.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound administrative skills inexperience using customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Processing and triaging service requests
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• expertise in performing point of sale, cash handling and float reconciliation (yes, you’re great with numbers too!)

• Salary range of $75,851 - $82,444 per annum
