CV Services Group is seeking a Leading Hand Electrician to join our Electrical Construction team, working on a high rise commercial and residential building project. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on electrician ready to take the next step, leading a small on-site team while remaining actively involved in delivery.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of electrical works on a major high rise project. Leading a small team, you’ll coordinate site activities, ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard, and keep programs tracking to schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of electricians on site
• Deliver electrical packages on high rise / multi-storey construction projects
• Coordinate daily works to meet program and quality requirements
• Ensure compliance with WHS, AS/NZS wiring rules and site standards
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project teams
• Set the standard for workmanship, safety and professionalism

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Trade qualification as an Electrician with a current Queensland Electrical Licence
• A solid grounding in construction electrical works (high rise / multi-storey exposure is ideal, but not essential)
• The confidence to lead by example, coordinate a small crew, and keep daily tasks moving
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of AS/NZS wiring rules and construction methodologies
• Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card
