What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the General Manager and wider Truevest team, you’ll:

• Assist customers throughout the lending journey.
• Prepare and submit loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Support customers to become finance ready and achieve their borrowing goals.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, developers and referral partners.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships with Rivergum customers and external clients.
• Attend networking events, community initiatives and business development activities.
• Learn the technical, regulatory and relationship management aspects of mortgage broking.
• Contribute to the growth of the Truevest brand and customer portfolio.

About You

You’re motivated, professional and eager to build a career where your effort directly influences your success.

You enjoy working with people, love learning new skills and take pride in delivering great customer experiences.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or be close to completion).
• Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
• At least 12 months of experience in banking, lending, finance or a customer-focused financial services role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Confidence working with technology and finance systems.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn, understanding that mortgage broking sometimes means working outside of the unusual 9-5
• Passion for helping customers achieve important life goals.
• A current driver’s licence.

Experience in home lending, construction lending, banking or customer service within the finance industry will be highly regarded.
