Warehouse REPLENISHER PICK/PACKER - Forklift license a MUST

About the role

Foodlink Australia is seeking a Warehouse Replenisher Pick/Packer to join our dynamic warehousing operations team based in Kingsgrove, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely product distribution. As a Warehouse Replenisher Pick/Packer in our DRY department, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, accurately picking and packing orders, and operating forklifts to move goods throughout our facility. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively. A valid forklift license is mandatory for this position.

Key responsibilities

Replenishing warehouse shelves and storage areas with products from incoming deliveries to maintain optimal stock levels

• Accurately picking items from shelves according to order specifications and customer requirements plus replenishing of stock and stock rotation.

• Packing products into boxes, ensuring items are properly protected and orders are prepared correctly for dispatch

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move pallets, goods, and materials throughout the warehouse

• Scanning and labelling products to ensure accurate inventory tracking and traceability

• Maintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulations

• Monitoring stock levels and alerting management to items requiring replenishment

• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets

• Following all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment

What we're looking for

• Valid forklift license (this is essential and mandatory for the role)

• Experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or replenishment roles

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail to minimise errors in order fulfillment and inventory management

• Physical fitness and capability to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasks throughout the shift

• Basic computer skills for scanning, labelling, and inventory system navigation

• Excellent time management and the ability to meet productivity targets

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
