Pharmacist (Oncology)

HPS is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Oncology Pharmacist to join our team at HPS Alexander Avenue in Ashford.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a specialist oncology pharmacy environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Working alongside experienced pharmacists, technicians and healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in promoting medication safety, optimising therapy outcomes and supporting exceptional patient care.

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients
• Review chemotherapy and supportive care treatment regimens
• Support safe preparation and supply of oncology medications
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and multidisciplinary teams
• Promote medication safety and quality use of medicines
• Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities
• Provide medication counselling and education where required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
• Oncology pharmacy experience highly regarded
• Strong clinical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
