About The Role
Make a difference in young people's lives. Join our Youth Residential Recovery Program, supporting 16–25-year-olds with mental health challenges through recovery-focused, trauma-informed care in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Your Duties Include
Provide recovery-oriented services to young people in group and individual settings utilising the Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM) Recovery Star and coaching principlesParticipate in the co-design, facilitation and evaluation of a range of group activitiesDevelop and maintain collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including family and carers, clinical and community supports

Our Ideal Candidate
Tertiary qualification and/or commensurate work experience in fields related to mental health, youth or health Demonstrated experience in working with young people who may have a range of complex needs relating to their mental healthDemonstrated experience in and/or understanding of residential service provision in health or community servicesDemonstrated ability to work sensitively with people of different cultures, gender and sexual identities

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
