Administration Officer

We have an opportunity for a Administration Officer to join our office located in Rowville, VIC. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with our administration and customer care teams. The Administration Officer role is vital to the success of the claim and repair process.

This role is full-time office-based role.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• A friendly, proactive and can-do attitude

• Be well organised and highly motivated

• A sound understanding in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and databases)

• The ability to multi-task and problem solve

• Willingness to take instructions and use initiative to learn

• Able to handle pressure and complete tasks before strict deadlines

• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced office environment

Role and responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries

• Answer high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls as required

• Lodgement of new claims and data entry

• Ongoing communication with trades to schedule temporary emergency repairs

• Responding to and action incoming requests via client specific portals, email, or mail

• Respond to and complete report submissions, purchase orders and invoices

• Upload documentation to meet internal and external compliance requirements and specific KPI targets

• Provide general administrative support to the team

• General errands and ad-hoc duties as required in busy office
   

This role will be subject to a successful National Police Check.
