Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a premium shopping experience while representing the Wolford brand. You will build genuine relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the day-to-day success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised styling advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Process sales through the POS system.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory.
• Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.

• Previous retail experience is preferred, particularly within fashion or luxury retail.
• A genuine passion for fashion and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Confidence working towards sales targets.
• Well-presented with exceptional attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours between Monday and Saturday.
