Assessor / Estimator – Insurance Repairs

TBuild QLD is growing and we are looking for an experienced Assessor / Estimator to join our team.

This role is focused on insurance assessments and estimating, working closely with insurers and our internal team to deliver accurate scopes and costings across a high volume of claims.

• Attend sites to complete insurance assessments and damage reports

• Prepare detailed scopes of works and estimates

• Identify cause of damage and required rectification works

• Liaise with insurers, owners and internal team

• Upload reports and documentation via platforms such as Prime and ENData

• Assist with project handover to supervisors for delivery

• Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and within KPI's

• Proven experience in insurance building/assessing/estimating (essential)

• Strong estimating and scoping ability

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Confident communicator

• Trade background highly beneficial
