Peninsula dental studio is a sister clinic of Mulgrave Dental Group along with three other dental practices.Due to our growth and patient demand, we are looking for an experienced general dentist to work at our practice in Mount Eliza located in the Mornington Peninsula 50 mins from Melbourne CBD. It's a bonus if you have a special interest in oral surgery, full mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry and dental implants.
This is a Full Time position of 4 days a week.
We are after someone who is passionate about providing high quality, comprehensive and ethical dental care and building long-term trusting relationships with patients. Patient communication, the ability to diagnose and treatment plan effectively and being able to build up your books are vital to your success in our practice.
We have systems and processes, supportive well trained auxiliary staff to ensure that you can focus on performing optimal dental care for our patients.
We will provide structured weekly mentoring and one on one support to ensure that you are trained in our protocols and procedures to ensure clinical success and patient satisfaction.
Access to all the latest technology and newly renovated facilities with DSLR camera, IntraOral camera, CEREC, CBCT.
You will have accesss to our own dental lab and ceramist you can collaborate with and learn from.
Skills and experience to be successful in the role ->You will need to be/have :--At least 2 years of experience in Private practice.Ability to communicate and understand patient needs and provide patient centred care.Ability to diagnose, treatment plan, communicate the plan effectively with patients and achieve a 90% rebooking rate.Share our core values of Providing an exceptional patient experience with Empathy, Integrity, Positivity , Professionalism and Accountability.Passion and eagerness for continuous learning and professional development. Special interest in cosmetic, implant dentistry, oral rehabilitation and /or orthodontics will be favourably looked upon.Basic training or exposure to dental implant procedures and cosmetic dentistry will be favourably looked upon.The willingness to be a long-term member of our team.The ability to plan long-term and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment to all patients.Gentle and compassionate to our patients.
