Novated Lease Consultant

Due to ongoing growth, we are currently looking for multiple Novated Lease Consultants to join our Sales team. Your role as a consultant will be to onboard new novated lease customers and help steer us into the next phase of hypergrowth!  

Your role will be focused on providing a great customer experience, educating potential customers and selling novated leases. All of our leads are generated by our internal marketing, so there will be no cold calling requirements! 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Exceeding customers’ expectations with amazing service and knowledge about novated leasing

• Liaising directly with customers via phone and email 

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure success during the sales process - we have a Procurement, Support & Settlements team to help you focus on the sale!

• Preparing detailed quotes for customers and helping them understand these 

• Helping to put dream cars in driveways! 

About you:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone-based sales role

• A passion for sales and customer service

• Understanding of novated leasing is preferred, but not required

• Motivated self-starter who can establish a strategic course of action 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused - always looking at ways to surprise and delight customers

• Excellent communication skills, including an ability to present and explain numbers confidently and clearly over the phone
