We are seeking a commercially astute, delivery-focused Digital Consulting Leader to drive growth and lead transformative engagements across the mining and industrial sectors. Based in Perth, you will bring a strong local network and established industry relationships to support business development and client engagement across Western Australia. This role blends client advisory, business development, and end-to-end delivery accountability, ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and measurable value.

Key Responsibilitites Include

Client Engagement & Business Development

Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, and executive leadershipIdentify, shape, and qualify opportunities aligned to client strategy and Hatch Digital offeringsLead end-to-end pursuits: solution development, commercials, proposals, and deal closureDevelop robust business cases linked to operational value drivers and digital transformation roadmapsDrive account planning, pipeline growth, and strategic account execution with Key Account Managers

Solution Leadership & Delivery

Own delivery of digital engagements from inception to benefits realisationLead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex transformation programsEnsure pragmatic, integrated solutions across people, process, and technologyGovern delivery models, execution plans, and risk frameworksOversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfactionDrive measurable outcomes-beyond implementation to real business value

Ideal Background

12-18+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or operational improvementProven track record in mining, resources, or heavy industry (preferred)Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated sales and delivery leadershipExperience delivering OT/IT, analytics, AI, or operational digital solutionsExecutive-level stakeholder management and influencing capability
