 Who Are We Looking For?

We want someone who brings energy, leadership and ambition.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Retail Leader

• Experience in big-box or high-volume retail

• A strong commercial mindset and passion for achieving results

• The ability to lead, coach and motivate a team

• Excellent customer service and communication

• A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership

• The energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a brand-new store environment
