Sales Lead (MedNext and MWBS)

Mouse Soft is a well-established Australian health-tech company with over 30 years of experience supporting specialist clinics, hospitals, and day surgeries.

We are entering a focused growth phase across:

• MedNext – Our cloud-based healthcare platform
  
• MWBS (Medical Wizard Business Services) – Professional healthcare services
  

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Lead to build pipeline, close new business, and expand existing accounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell, lead, and build a repeatable revenue engine — working directly with our founders and senior leadership team in Australia.

Requirements

Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline and convert opportunities into:

 First 90 Days

 Six Months

 Growth Path

• Hands-on sales execution and pipeline ownership with founder support

• Own targets, pricing discussions within guidelines, forecasting, and guide hiring and coaching

• Design and lead the revenue function, including process, team, KPIs, performance culture, and predictable outcomes
