About the role
Housing Australia is the Australian Government's independent housing agency. It supports the delivery of Government programs to improve the supply of sustainable, long-term social and affordable housing, and support home ownership for more Australians. We do this by providing finance and grant funding to facilitate housing development in order to deliver more social and affordable housing across Australia.

About the role
The Associate Director, Transactions and Structuring (Legal) supports the finance/grant documentation for Housing Australia’s NHIF Crisis and Transitional Housing grant product, and the existing loan book while ensuring all legal advice, and finance documentation, is aligned with Housing Australia’s investment mandate and policies. You will manage multiple transactions independently and instruct and coordinate external legal advisors.
In addition, this role partners closely with investment teams to provide legal advice in relation to financing documentation and to help resolve complex commercial and legal issues.
