Team Leader

We're on the lookout for a passionate Casual Team Leader to join the crew at Yo-Chi Cronulla!

What you'll be doing:

• Leading shifts and creating a positive, high energy environment for both guests and team members
• Supporting the Venue Manager to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best
• Ensuring smooth day to day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
• Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors

Is this you? 

• You have leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast paced environment
• You love building great teams and creating a positive workplace culture
• You're resilient, adaptable, and thrive when things get busy
• You lead by example and bring a positive, can do attitude every day
• Fast food experience is highly regarded but not essential
