You'll work alongside an established team of brokers while developing your expertise in a niche lending segment that continues to experience strong demand. Whether you're currently working in a major bank's medical lending division, a relationship banking role, or mortgage broking, this role offers the chance to build deep specialist knowledge and strong long-term client relationships.

• Managing lending enquiries from medical professionals and healthcare business owners

• Structuring residential, investment, and commercial lending solutions

• Guiding clients through the end-to-end lending process

• Building relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners

• Liaising with lenders to achieve outstanding client outcomes

• Identifying opportunities to grow the business's medico lending offering

• Delivering a premium client experience from enquiry through to settlement

We're open to candidates from either banking or broking backgrounds.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, credit, or mortgage broking

• Exposure to medical professional lending or a strong interest in specialising in this area

• Strong understanding of residential lending policies and processes

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive and organised approach to managing client files

• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service

Experience with medical professional lending through institutions such as Westpac, NAB, or specialist medical lending divisions will be highly regarded.
