About the Sadleirs Resources Team
Sadleirs Resources (SR)is our specialist transport division supporting Australia’s energy rich mining and resources sectors. Primarily servicing the Pilbara region, we move critical freight across regional and remote locations where reliability, planning and safety matter.

The Role: HC/MC Driver
We're seeking a skilled and reliable HC/MC Driver to join our team in Hazelmere. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for Sadleirs, a leading logistics company.
Your role is to ensure the safe and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight.
Key Duties
Metro and ad-hoc dog runs available for drivers who want additional hours
Responsible for the safe transport and loading of goods ensuring all relevant requirements are met including load restraint, correct loading procedures and manual handling techniques
Ensure that pre-start safety checks are completed on the vehicle and if required organise maintenance
Actively promote positive behaviours and attitudes in support of company values
Responsible for the proper collection, processing and handling of freight con-notes and other freight documentation including, but not limited to, pallet, load sheets, timesheets and daily run sheets
Ensure all requirements for transporting Dangerous Goods are followed: displaying correct signage and completing paperwork and documentation
Inspect loads for damage or issues, report problems and offer suggestions or solutions
Skills, licences & experience required for the position
Current MC or HC Class Drivers Licence (for the successful candidate we are willing to assist an upgrade to MC)
Solid load restraint knowledge
Current and valid Forklift Licence (desirable)
DG Licence (desirable)
MSIC card (desirable)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
WA Fatigue Management within three (3) years
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven experience in following safety procedures
Willingness to undertake and clear a full Medical & drug & alcohol fitness assessment, including a Commercial Driver Fitness assessment
The right to live and work in Australia.
Days of work:
This is a casual role, with typical working days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the possibility of additional shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
