Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch Team Member to join our Dispatch Team.

The primary focus of this role is selecting, picking, preparing and loading trees for customer orders. The position will also involve occasional delivery truck driving, assisting with tree deliveries and planting projects at customer sites.

This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who is safety-focused, organised and takes pride in handling quality stock with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and prepare trees according to customer orders.

• Load and unload trees safely using appropriate machinery and equipment.

• Secure trees correctly for transport.

• Check stock quality, labels and order accuracy before dispatch.

• Operate company trucks for occasional deliveries.

• Assist with tree delivery, placement and planting at customer sites.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• Complete routine pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised dispatch area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Valid MR driver’s licence or higher.

• Experience operating trucks, trailers or loading equipment.

• A minimum of six months’ experience driving trucks and trailers.

• Ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work.

• Ability to safely lift 25 kg when required.

• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.

• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively within a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Experience handling or planting trees is advantageous.

• Australian working rights are required.
