About the role

We require a qualified Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Truck Technician for the Kilsyth truck workshop. You can have the opportunity to gain a Testing License. You will work on an interesting variety of trucks, trailers and ancillary equipment, and cover routine servicing and maintenance, diagnostic procedures and repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cert III Diesel Mechanic certification required.

• Vic roads testing license desirable.

• Good communication skills

• Reliable with good time management skills

• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

• Current Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) truck driver's license

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on heavy commercial vehicles

• Experience with electronic diagnostic tools and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
