Director, Global Reservations and Journey Design

We’re looking for a Director, Global Reservations and Journey Design to lead the heart of that experience. This is a rare opportunity to architect the guest journey for one of the world’s most distinctive experiential travel collections: a growing portfolio of luxury lodges across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Chile, guided by a deep commitment to place, culture, and regenerative travel.

You will own our central reservations function and lead a globally dispersed team of sales consultants and journey designers, the people responsible for everything from a guest’s first enquiry to the moment they step onto one of our lodges, and beyond. You’ll elevate our pre-arrival experience, build out our itinerary planning capability, and set the service standards that carry the Beckons brand across every touchpoint.

Critically, you’ll also lead how we adopt and apply emerging technology, including AI, to deepen personalization at every stage of the guest journey. Not to automate the relationship, but to enrich it, creating guest experiences that feel genuinely bespoke at scale. You’ll be the bridge between the warmth our guests expect and the intelligence that makes it possible. We’re seeking someone who brings equal parts strategic vision and instinctive service sensibility – a leader who understands that in a portfolio of this intimacy and scale, relationships are the product, and that the right technology, thoughtfully applied, makes those relationships more human, not less.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 10+ years of progressive luxury hospitality leadership, with deep expertise in reservations and guest experience
• A track record of leading high-performing, globally dispersed teams
• Experience designing tiered reservations models combining central and in-market teams
• Knowledge of AI tools and technology, and the judgment to know where it enhances and where it must defer to human connection
• Fluency across cultures, time zones, and the nuances of ultra-luxury guest relationships

This role can be based in within our Beckons offices in Santiago, Sydney, or Denver.
