Sales Representative (Office based)

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our internal sales team who enjoys building customer relationships, uncovering opportunities and achieving results. You'll manage your own customer portfolio, generate new business opportunities, and help drive growth across South East Queensland.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career, with genuine pathways into Account Management and broader roles within Boral.

Your day will involve:

• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activity
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Prepare quotes and manage your sales pipeline
• Reactivate dormant accounts and uncover new opportunities
• Work closely with operational teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Maintain opportunities and customer information in Salesforce

What are we looking for?

• Experience in sales, customer service or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
• A genuine desire to grow your career in sales
