About the Role

Working closely with the WA Sales and Marketing Manager and WA Senior Marketing Executive, the Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering effective content that increases brand awareness and conversions aligned to marketing and sales targets.

The Marketing Executive will be passionate about tourism marketing and content creation and will be a key contributor to our sales and marketing results.

About You

You will have a good understanding and practical experience in the application of contemporary marketing principles and techniques across digital and traditional marketing channels. 

You will be experienced working with various Adobe Suites, social media platforms (including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Trip Advisor and Pinterest) and working with Marketing Automation / Email Marketing Solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Vero, Campaign Monitor etc).  Ideally, you will also have experience in using Content Management Systems such as Craft.

You are also required to have the following abilities:

• Excellent written communication skills with a flair for creative digital, social and contemporary marketing copywriting (e.g. blogs, social posts, brochures, etc)
• Ability to report on the performance of digital and social media marketing channels
• Ability to contribute creative and data-driven ideas and recommendations that add value to our marketing efforts
• Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
• Commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines
• High level interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
