Auto Processing Team Member

About the role

We're looking for a hard-working, switched-on Team Member to join our Fleet team in Minto, helping prepare brand-new vehicles for delivery to our customers. You don't need to be a qualified mechanic or auto electrician. We're looking for attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in cars. If you can follow directions, work safely and take pride in your work, we'll teach you the rest.

Key responsibilities

• Moving vehicles safely around the yard and workshop

• Preparing and processing brand-new vehicles

• Assisting with basic vehicle fit-out and preparation

• Using hand and power tools

• Following instructions and getting the job done right

• Checking your work to make sure it meets our standards

• Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and organised

• Completing basic records and paperwork

About you

• A genuine passion for cars

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

• A hands-on, can-do attitude

• Ability to listen, follow directions and learn

• Reliable, punctual and willing to work hard

• Good attention to detail

• Safety-first mindset

• Ability to work well in a team

• Current driver's licence

• Automotive or workshop experience is a bonus, not a must
