Site Manager

With South East Queensland entering one of the largest infrastructure booms in Australia, we are seeking experienced Site Managers looking to relocate to Brisbane and play a key role in delivering major civil infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day site operations across major civil projects
• Manage supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour
• Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity outcomes
• Coordinate multiple work fronts and stakeholders
• Report directly to senior project leadership teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor within civil infrastructure
• Strong background in roads, rail, bridges, utilities, earthworks or major infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to manage large workforces and subcontractors
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Looking for a long-term move to South East Queensland
